Do you think your dog/cat/horse deserve a bit of
fame?
Now, we are accepting
applications for
MD10 UK, Professional Dog Shampoo 2013 Calender Competition.
Why don't you enter our MD10 Professional Dog Grooming Shampoo Photo
Competition.
The rules are simple.
You send us the photograph of your
dog/cat/horse, and we will choose the best photographs from the entries
we receive.
Using these we will create a calender for
2013.
The prize for the winner will be a calender with
your photograph, and one 300ml MD10 Shampoo. (UK
Application only for 300ml Shampoo & Calender prize. Outside UK
application, winners receive calender only, instead of 300ml shampoo, you
get a small sample for the right breed)

titled "Photo Competion" in the subject. We
require high resolution photograph to create printed calender.

entrants must be the sole author and owner of the copyright in all
pictures entered. i.e. the entrant must have taken the photograph and have
all necessary permissions. The entrant warrants that photographs submitted
will not infringe any rights of any third party.
MD10
reserves the worldwide, non-exclusive royalty-free right and license for
copyright to reproduce the entries in relation to MD10 Professional Dog
Grooming Products Calender for advertising.
The
organiser reserves the right to free reproduction and exhibition in all
media (now known and hereafter created) of the entries. The entrants
warrants MD10 the right to reproduce in any material form (including
photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means and whether
or not transient or incidentally to some other use) any photographs
entered into this competition without the need to obtain the entrants
permission to do so as the copyright owner.
Other
Competition rules:
Our
primary concern is the importance of relationship with dogs, and
responsible dog ownership. If we suspect any unethical or cruel practices
regarding taking the picture, it will be disqualified straight away.
Judges
appointed by us will choose the winners. Our decision an all matters
relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered
into concerning the competition’s judging organisation.
All
images are sent at the entrant’s own risk and the organiser cannot
accept liability for any loss or damage of any pictures entered into the
competition (however caused) nor for any loss of damages resulting there
from.
